Cassper Nyovest claims he made more than R8m last year

Johannesburg - He's flashy with his car, new house and Rolex watches, but just how much money does Cassper Nyovest make?

Well, according to him he made R8m from shows last year alone. Take a minute to let that sink in.

If, according to him, he made 8 bar just from concerts, that obviously doesn't include the lucrative deal he made with MTN, and all of the other endorsements he has received.

The rapper was responding to a person on Twitter who commented that AKA is richer than Cassper. But Cas wasn't about to let it go, laughing it off and throwing out a figure.

There have been numerous media reports questioning the validity of Cassper's wealth, with serious enquiries into statements he had previously made about buying his mom a house and purchasing a fancy new crib in Kyalami in Joburg's northern suburbs.

Most recently it was reported that he rents his house and doesn't have a single property under his name, nor the name of his music label.

When The Juice contacted Cassper for comment on those claims, his manager refused to answer, saying it was not something they would entertain.
