Johannesburg - Just hours after The Juice reported that Caster Semenya had apparently celebrated her traditional wedding over the weekend, the star athlete found herself dominating social networks.
It was reported by Fame SA Awards, a division of Limpopo Media that Caster and her alleged long-time girlfriend, Violet Raseboya, got traditionally married in Limpopo on Sunday.
Speaking to The Juice, staff who attended the wedding said that community members had gathered to watch the couple go through all of the traditional processes.
"Everybody was really happy and smiling. They were all singing and dancing and they were happy for Caster and her girlfriend."
But as those close to Caster celebrate her love, social media has seen her trend, with people voicing their thoughts.
Bravery isn't teasing Caster Semenya from behind your keyboard, bravery is marrying the person you love in spite of this. Well done, Caster.
