Johannesburg - Thing are really going well for DJ Speedsta at the moment, but that doesn't mean he'll be getting married any time soon.
The popular hip-hop DJ followed up his highly popular radio show with a dream TV gig on Vuzu (more on that here).
And even though DJ Speedsta's career is rising fast, he says he's taking his love life more slowly.
Speedsta and his bae of 5 years (on and off) recently returned from a romantic baecation (see the snaps here) but the couple are in no hurry to get hitched.
"I just take it one day at a time. She's doing her thing and I'm doing my thing. I don't know what tomorrow brings, but it's not something I've really thought of," he tells The Juice in a chat recently.
Speedsta says his missus has been a great support to him as he pursues his dreams, even though his line of work often means he's surrounded by loads of female attention.
"What helps our relationship is that she was there before I was this supposed big DJ," he says. "It's tough at times, but I guess the most important thing in a relationship is trust," he says.
