Johannesburg - We've been gawking over DJ Zinhle as soon as she gave birth. It was if there wasn't even an actual human in her stomach for 9 months. So when Zinhle posted pictures showing off her abs on her social media account, we were in awe all over again.

And clearly so was everybody else. That post alone got over 367 comments, with many asking what her secret was. As is the case with a lot of things in life, it wasn't just a magic pill or lucky genes that got her those abs. Nah fam. This girl works hard for that looming six-pack and Zinhle took to her blog, MomentsByDJZinhle to talk about her routine.

Damn! After reading the post, we have a whole new level of respect for her. Zinhle says she is up every morning, five days a week at 4:30am to be at the gym by 5am.

WOW!

"I spend an hour at the gym, 5 mornings a week. I am up at 4:30 and at gym by 5:00. I know that you think this is too early and you love your sleep but it gets easier with time. I am part of what Robin Sharma calls the “5am Club”. According to Robin, rising early is a habit of successful people. He also says that  5 am to 8 am are “The Golden Hours” that the most successful achievers in the world use to set up their days for success. The way you begin your day really does determine how you live your day."

She also talks about her eating habits and other things she has learnt in her journey. It's a really inspirational post which you can read here.
