It was a tough year for Thando Thabethe

Johannesburg – 2015 was not an easy year for actress and radio personality, Thando Thabethe.

Thando has openly spoken of her grief after the loss of her brother, Sibu in August. At the time, she changed her profile picture and her names on social media.

Later, she recalled conversations that she had with him. Later, during an interview with True Love, Thando revealed that Sibu was shot during a robbery. “I’m still trying to deal with the sadness of his passing. They say there are different stages of grief. I’m at a point where I’m still trying to understand.”

But Thando has found strength through her bae, opening up about her relationship saying she’s happy. Gone but never forgotten…

In the end, 2015 had a positive surprise with news that Thando would be getting her own show on 5FM. Hopefully it was just a prelude to better things come 2016.
