Johannesburg- Fitness queen Khabonina looks all sorts of amazing, is beyond flexible and is super fit. 

And, we all just sit in awe wondering how she does it. 

From twerking while standing on her head to unimaginable bends- Khabonina can do incredible things with her body. 

But it obviously didn't happen overnight. 

Khabonina has always made it her mission to help other women get fit.
