Phumeza's strong boy starts school

Johannesburg- For the first time former OPW presenter Phumeza Mdabe opened up to The Juice about her son's battle with cancer.

Phumeza explained that she took a break from TV last year to take care of her son, Ntsika after he was diagnosed with cancer.

The good news is that Phumeza's lil man is in remission.

"We're better now. The main thing is that he's alive and I get to spend time with him every day - that's all that matters to me," she told us.

The TV star's son is well on the way to winning the battle against the disease.

Taking to social media, Phumeza shared the cutest snap of him on his first day of pre-school.
