Proverb heads East at the end of a dramatic week

Johannesburg – The last few weeks have been a bit rough for rapper, Proverb.

Last Thursday it was revealed that the Idols SA presenter's divorce from his wife, Onalerona had been finalised (More on that here).The couple had been married for over 10 years.

Proverb responded to the news by throwing himself into work (more on that here) But when the shop closed, Proverb decided to take a breather, perhaps to clear his head. And what better place to do that than in the home of mediation: Thailand. 

Proverb jetted off to Bangkok, Thailand this past weekend, where he not only visited popular temples and meditation spots, but also got up to a number of fun adventures. Just take a look:
