SbuNoah pays tribute to late Joyous Celebrations star

Johannesburg- Joyous Celebrations SbuNoah really misses his friend, Lihle Sowazi.

Sbu took to Instagram this week to pay a heartwarming tribute to the star on the anniversary of her death in a car crash last year.

"After we created a beautiful rendition of Hallelujah Nkateko with the beautiful Lihle Sowazi, she then went on to be with the Lord on this day; before we did this song together with JC. People always ask me "why did you do that song, you're not even Tsonga", or "why didn't "whosoever" do the song, they would have done it better", well I never answer them cause they don't know any better; but the truth is, had it been done any other way, it wouldn't have been 'Lihles version'," Sbu wrote.

"Truth is I miss her so much. I've done this song countless times whether with Joyous or myself at different events, and I always think of her. I'll give anything to sing this song with her one last time! RIP Lilly," he added.

"Keep shining in Heaven as you did here on earth. We give glory to God for the few years He borrowed you to us. Those memories we will forever cherish."
