Simphiwe Ngema joins e.tv's new docu-series

Johannesburg- Former Muvhango actress Simphiwe Ngema is set to host e.tv's new cultural show, Isiko which debuts on 10 January. 

Simphiwe, who was popularly known for her character Thuli on the soapie, left fans saddened when she announced her exit.

This week e.tv announced that the channel will be bringing viewers a new show, which will showcase the country's rich cultural diversity. 

And, each week Simphiwe will be the one to take viewers on this journey.

The actress will travel the country to meet with traditional leaders and community members of the Va-Tsonga, Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, Swati, Vha-Wenda, Basotho, Batswana, Bapedi, Jewish, Indians and Afrikaans groups.

The show debuts on 10 January at 7,30pm on eKasi + (Channel 105).
