Snaps: Joost celebrates his son's birthday

Johannesburg- Former Springbok star Joost van der Westhuizen's son, Jordan, recently celebrated his 12th birthday. 

Despite being separated, Joost and his estranged wife, Amor Vittone have always been a united front when it comes to their children.

At the end of last year it was reported by YOU magazine that Joost is part of a group of Motor Neuron Disease sufferers who have been approved to undergo a trial for a new treatment, which is believed to be able to cure MND. 

Joost has been outspoken about the disease, saying he refuses to give up.
