Johannesburg - You know what they say: "If you can't beat them, join them." Just look at Stilo Magolide.
The talented muso has been making waves with his famous pose that spawned the viral #PoseLikeStilo sensation.
Last year, Stilo told The Juice how the pose came to be (read about that here) but in a video interview with Vuzu, the rapper insisted that it was never something he expected to catch on.
"I tried to stop #PoseLikeStilo," he says. "I won't even lie, in 2015 towards the end, I was like 'maybe I should not do anything new, I'm just going to stop doing it and hope people will stop doing it.' And people never stopped doing it. It just kept going and going and going. To this day, I get new pictures sent to me every day of someone posing like Stilo."
But despite his best efforts, the pose became an internet hit and now Stilo has decided to cash in on it.
"In 2016, we definitely dropping the official track and video for the movement, for everyone who's been supporting it," he tells the channel.
Maybe when he asks us to download it we can just stand there, mouth open, #PosingLikeStilo.
