Johannesburg - Fans have been begging Kelly Khumalo to throw an unplugged show for years, and it seems the like the queen of Afro pop is finally ready!

Kelly has spent much of the week rehearsing for an unplugged performance later this week and has given fans on her Instagram a taste of what to expect.

And the response has been so positive, Kelly says she has decided to set up an unplugged concert real soon.

"I think it's time for that unplugged Concert...your comments have inspired me enough. Thank you guys you are that little push I needed. #nguyelo???? #Nokukhanya #TheGoddessOfLight#RepresentingTheKing#LiveUnpluggedConcertComingSoon," she wrote on Instagram this week.
