Johannesburg- Nomvula hitmaker Nathi Mankayi has not only taken the music scene by storm, but has also won the hearts of thousands of fans across the country.
Nathi recently made an 11-year-old girl's dream come true when he surprised her at her home in Kagiso. The singer had found out about the little girl's passion for music through a colleague, and decided to pay her visit.
According to Sunday World, Lusanda Mkhawanazi could not believe her eyes when Nathi showed up at her doorstep.
The Afro-pop singer also bought a guitar for the little girl, who apparently bowled him over with a performance of Nomvula and Zahara's Destiny.
"South Africa must know that we have just discovered a little Zahara. It's so wonderful to see things like these happen to young people. We didn't get these chances while we were growing up and that is why we want to help her," Nathi told the paper.
