Cape Town - Cassper Nyovest definitely won’t be late for tonight’s Lip Sync Battle premier thanks to his fancy new watch!
The South African hip-hop artist showed off his shiny new Rolex on Instagram.
“I used to dream about days like these,” Cassper wrote.
He also gave a shout-out to his jeweler, Schofield & Co, who is known as “your jeweler’s jeweler”.
The watch, worth thousands of dollars, is called a Rolex Day-Date President. It’s the number one luxury timepiece in the world and known as the father of the entire Rolex watch family.
It’s typically bought by people who know how to spend their money on luxury.
The watch received the nickname the “President” because a version was famously worn by American president Dwight Eisenhower.
