Cape Town - There's nothing the internet loves more than a cute dog...

But a cute dog with an adorable physical abnormality, now that's even cuter. This tiny Shih Tzu is a rescue dog and used to have vestibular syndrome, which left her with a permanent tilted head and lolling tongue.

Now the 12-year-old dog is living the life, with over 1.5 million followers on Instagram and celeb pals she just casually hangs out with.
