Cape Town – You may see Shia Labeouf as just another actor who’s been shamed by fame and doesn’t care about his appearance, but that is all about to change.
The 28-year-old performed in 36 short scenes, shot against a green screen.
GQ reported that the 36 half minute acts are an introduction for a final graduation project for the Fine Arts BA programme at Central Saint Martins.
And while the Transformers actor may be judged on his tatty rat-tail extension and his scruffy exterior, each act is a definite reminder that Shia is a whole lot more than meets the eye!
Here are 5 of Shia’s best interpretations in #INTRODUCTIONS:
1. His acting can insist on beauty in spite of everything - Angus Joseph (00:00)
2. He can act like a tremendously angry intramural soccer coach - Joshua Parker (08:58)
3. He can feel his absence in the absence of all things. He can feel it all collapsing! He can't fucking embrace it! - Alexis Marie Sera (16:36)
4. He can act like someone who thinks they can act using a British accent. Within this he can say "tacky shit-gold watch" - Jack Evans (23:38)
5. He can turn around, face his rat-tail to the audience, and continue acting - Alice Jacobs (28:10)
