Inspirational little girl takes on Katy Perry and Roars on YouTube after beating cancer!

Alexandria - An inspirational little girl from America, who just beat cancer, came out stronger than ever and is now a viral superstar.

Five-year-old Addy was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic kidney cancer at the age of 4. Doctors gave her only six days to live.

Her symptoms began in January of 2013, when she was taken to the emergency room with severe stomach pains.

She was sent home but the pain returned and this time more severe than before while on a vacation with her family in March of 2013.

Addy was then taken to the hospital by her family and diagnosed by doctors who immediately started her on chemotherapy and radiation.

She went through eight rounds of radiation, three surgeries, and 28 weeks of chemotherapy.

During this time, to help herself remain strong in her fight Addy used pop culture as a distraction, practising her singing and dancing.

She watched a lot of performances from her favourite pop stars on YouTube. According to her family, music played a huge role in her ability to pull through all her treatments.

So it was a no brainer that when it was brought to her attention that Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic would be granting her the opportunity to make a wish, she knew exactly what she wanted!

Brave little Addy asked to be transformed into her favourite pop star Katy Perry to perform her chart topping song Roar.
