Miley strips down to just nipple tape and latex panties in new video

Los Angeles - While Miley Cyrus is sick in bed after recovering from yet another health setback, a brand new video featuring some of her raciest antics yet has just been released.

Miley has been making headlines recently with her sexually explicit dance moves and raunchy music videos.

Now the 21-year-old strips down to nothing but nipple tape and latex panties in a short art film titled, Tongue Tied.
