After Tshidi Tenyane was voted off on Idols SA Season 8, we asked our users to send us their predictions of how the rest of Season 8 will play out.

Here are some of the comments we received:

Thabile Nhlapo writes: "I feel that Tshidi shouldn’t have been voted off. She deserves to be on the Top 3 so why didn't the Judges save her? I wish Khaya can win, cause we are tired of white people always winning this competitions."

Innocentia Bhuda writes: "I think Monde has a voice to conquer in this competition. If he can win, he definitely will make beautiful music with that voice. He deserves that win. Unfortunately Khaya is more popular than him and stands a far better chance of winning this competition because of his popularity, which is unfair. They shouldn't allow the people who are already famous to enter the competition. The contestants should be unknown to the public and win their votes by their performance. As for Mellisa, it's time to go home and let the best compete."

On Facebook, the following comments were received:

Colleen Daniel wrote: "May the best one win! It is up to the voting public so vote! I like Melissa! She is entertaining! And can sing and dance. (sic)"

Paris Ioannou wrote: "Prediction: Kaya is the season winner, Tshidi should have been number 2. Monde should have gone today and Mellissa... dont know how she is still in the competition? She has no high notes, instead of singing, she screams....(sic)"

Sandra Tintswalo Mafumo wrote: "No she (Tshidi) deserved to be in top 2, but her dramatic act of saying that the school kids shouldn't jump on her, voted against her big time. Hope she sees that because she's a great singer (sic)."
