Saturday's the glam slam of the Loeries. It's also the hungover night. More than one person admitted they'd only hit the sack around 5am that morning. But dressing up is a good cover up, and adrenaline is stronger than caffeine.

At the Good Hope Centre, Ogilvy Johannesburg won its Grand Prix for the Young, Gifted and Black mixed-media campaign for Channel O and Net#work BBDO took the other Grand Prix for Virgin Atlantic Upper Class's radio commercial campaign "Ferret, Dancer, Dog, Child".

Formula D, FOXP2, Gloo Digital Ogilvy Cape Town, Saatchi & Saatchi, The Motel, The President, TJDR, Y&R and TBWA all took gold awards on Saturday 26th, where Goldfish performed with Lira and other guests.

Top local party superstars Goldfish shone again at the packed afterparty in Long Street, burning it up in the rain at home after a four month tour of Europe that included a slot at Glastonbury, gigs in Ibiza and other successes.
