Jorge was arrested in Arizona in February 2018 and sentenced to two and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to felony marijuana possession.

Shortly before his release, the 31-year-old reality star gave an update from jail during an episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined.

He spoke about his experience behind bars under quarantine, his current relationship status and said that he had lost around 128 pounds (58kg).

According to US Weekly, Jorge was originally scheduled to be released in August but celebrated an early release on 11 May.

It's unclear whether his early release was impacted by the coronavirus.

After being released, the reality star posted a photo on Instagram, writing: "The sky is the limit #freedom."

He also shared a photo of his dinner on Tuesday night on Instagram Story, showing that he treated himself to steak, mashed potatoes and veggies, according to People.
