Charlene bans Albert from seeing exes

Monaco - Princess Charlene is putting her foot down and refusing to let Prince Albert see his former lovers, reports The Telegraph.

Paris Match magazine revealed in early August that Princess Charlene had Nicole Coste, the mother of Albert's youngest child, removed from the guest list for the Red Cross ball which took place in Monaco on August 5.

Paris Match reported that a source close to the Monaco royal family revealed: "Charlene had to tolerate the presence of Ms Coste during last year's Red Cross ball when they were engaged.

"But now they are married, she has put her foot down and had Ms Coste struck off the guest list."

Coste is the mother of Prince Albert's seven-year-old son, Alexandre. Albert has another daughter, 19-year-old Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, from a brief relationship with an American estate agent.

Legal heir

Neither of Prince Albert's illegitimate children have any claim to the Monaco throne.

According to The Telegraph, a Monaco governmental spokesperson confirmed that Albert knew he wanted Charlene to provide him with an heir after meeting her for the first time.

Prince Albert is notorious for his many relationships, and has been involved with celebrities such as Claudia Schiffer, Brooke Shields and Angie Everhart.

Charlene reportedly tried to flee Monaco just days before her July wedding after rumours of Albert fathering a third love child started doing the rounds.
