Charlize spotted at Lady Gaga CT concert

Cape Town - Charlize Theron was among the thousands of Little Monsters who descended on the Cape Town Stadium to see Lady Gaga in action on Monday night.

The South African-born actress, her mother and what appears to be her bodyguards, were snapped by concertgoer Tanya Hobbs Limby, who shared the photo on 94.5 Kfm's Facebook page.

Charlize was wearing a fedora over her closely cropped hair, which she shaved off for her latest role in Mad Max: Fury Road.

Charlize has been spotted at various hotspots in and around Cape Town over the last few weeks, including Beluga in Green Point, Cafe Caprice in Camps Bay and several wine farms in the Cape Winelands.

Lady Gaga belted out hits such as Born This Way, Telephone, Bad Romance and Poker Face before 55 000 screaming fans during her final SA concert in Cape Town. At one point during the nearly 2-hour-plus long show she pulled a number of fans from the Monster Pit up on stage for an acapella singalong on Born This Way and Hair.

Gaga finished her show just before midnight and immediately jetted off for her next concert in Oslo, Norway.

Charlize is currently enjoying a short holiday in Cape Town, after wrapping up filming on the latest instalment of the Mad Max franchise Mad Max 4: Fury Road in Namibia, in which she plays a character named Imperator Furiosa.

Tom Hardy, who takes over the role of Max from Mel Gibson, has also been spotted in Cape Town during recent weeks.

Mad Max 4: Fury Road also stars Nicholas Hoult and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and is set for release in 2014.
