Chris Brown happier than ever with Rihanna

Los Angeles - Chris Brown and Rihanna are happier than ever.

While the couple were recently reported to have called time on their stormy relationship, Chris - who is still on probation for beating Rihanna up in 2009 - insists they are still together and he is confident he will never hurt her again.

Speaking on the NBC's Today, he told host Matt Lauer: "Yeah, everything's good, we're fine. Knowing that what I did was wrong, and never doing it again. So as far as me and (Rihanna) are concerned, she knows my heart, and I know her heart. So I'm not really focused on the negative."

'What I did was totally wrong'

When Matt said: "You understand that if you behave badly again, you're going to damage not only your relationship, but her reputation as well," Chris replied: "Absolutely, that's why I'm moving forward, positive."

Chris, 23, also said he accepts responsibility for what he did to Rihanna, 25, and had been forgiven by her.

He added: "Knowing that what I did was totally wrong and having to kind of deal with myself and kind of forgive myself in the same breath and being able to say sorry to, you know, Rihanna.

"I think everybody is entitled to their opinion. For me, it's just a learning process. You know, I have to just take it one day at a time. I can't make everybody like me ... it's about me being positive."
