Eddie's ex: LeAnn Rimes drinks like a fish

Los Angeles - LeAnn Rimes allegedly "drinks like a fish".

Brandi Glanville has hit back at her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian after he sent her a scathing email ordering her to stop being consumed with "wine and narcissism".

Glanville insulted Eddie's new wife LeAnn, who she claimed had a "severe eating disorder" and was a bad influence on her children Mason, nine, and five-year-old Jake.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has now taken the feud to another level in a furious Twitter rant, claiming "horrid" country singer LeAnn - who spent 30 days in rehab for stress and anxiety this summer - has earned the nickname "angelfish" because of her angelic voice and alleged alcohol dependency.

Brandi, 40, posted: "My kids are my life.. However, ur wife is **** and addicted to laxatives that Mason got sick on. Your 'close friends' talk shIt about u and ur wife ALL the time... (sic)

"Leann is horrid she is addicted to laxatives and aderol (sic) has severe metal issues and [redacted] who was all to ready to spill on both of you and to me lovingly refers to Leann as angelfish because she sings like an angel and drinks like a fish. (sic)"

Downward spiral

She then went on to accuse the 30-year-old How Do I Live singer of being on a downward spiral and putting her sons "in danger" because of her supposed alcohol binges and pill addiction.

Brandi raged: "I'm a great mom and [redacted] saw nothing other than that. You want to talk narcissism??? U two are both the best examples of that. Why don't u man up and find ur balls and get ur country **** off twitter she is a wreck and spiraling down fast!!! (sic)

"The kids love her but they don't realize she is putting them in danger!!!!!! MAN THE F**K UP eddie put the tequila down and be a proper parent (sic)"

The outburst came after Eddie - who dumped Brandi after beginning an affair with LeAnn in 2009 - insisted his new wife is a great stepmother in an open email forwarded to RadarOnline.

Brandi later removed her emotional rant and posted: "Let's not talk of them anymore I was wrong 2 put it up."
