Cape Town – There’s no denying Giuliana Rancic’s beautiful Italian genes, but the E! News TV presenter has sparked concern for looking very thin.
The Fashion Police co-host has always looked good and slender but at recent events she has been looking worse for wear.
The concern for her weight streamed in after her appearance at the Golden Globe Awards MailOnline reports.
Wearing a pastel pink dress, Giuliana showed off her tiny frame, but not in the best way.

Her protruding collar bone and skinny arms caught the attention of the media and although her dress got positive reviews, her frail body did not.
Looking at how her body has changed over the years raises concern for her health and has also attracted comments from worried fans.

Adding to that concern is a picture Giuliana shared on Instagram of her holidaying in Mexico. In the picture her bony knees and thin legs can be seen while she sits looking out to the ocean.
