Javier Bardem and Penélope Cruz seen enjoying the dinosaur expo in Cape Town

Cape Town – Hollywood A-listers, Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, were spotted at the Days of the Dinosaur Expo in Cape Town on Thursday night.

The couple, who are currently in the Mother City while filming Sean Penn’s latest movie, enjoyed the magic of the popular exhibition at the CTICC.

A source revealed to Channel24 that Javier, Penélope and their son, Leonardo, were seen enjoying the expo while escorted by their bodyguard.

“You couldn’t even attempt to take out your phone to snap a pic of them without the bodyguard giving you the eye,” the source said.

Leonardo seemed to love every single part of the exhibition and was seen getting his face painted and posed for family snaps on one of the dinosaurs in the interactive section.

The exhibition, brought all the way from Argentina by Huisgenoot, YOU and DRUM Magazine, includes 45 moving dinosaurs.

It took 11 trucks to move the dinosaurs down from Johannesburg, where they were previously exhibited to a sold-out crowd.

The Cape Town leg of the international exhibit opened its doors earlier this month and tickets have been selling faster than you can say Velociraptor.

The couple have been in the spotlight lately after they were put on the Hollywood blacklist.

According to the Independent Penélope and Javier are reportedly facing a serious backlash from top Hollywood executives following their support for Gaza, which saw the couple sign an open letter condemning the actions of Israel as tantamount to "genocide".
