Kim Kardashian 'fed up' with Kris Humphries

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian is "fed up" with Kris Humphries.

The 32-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star - who is expecting her first child in early July with her rapper boyfriend of almost one year, Kanye West - believes her estranged husband and his lawyers leaked a sworn testimony given by the show's producer Russell Jay.

The testimony contains details relating to their upcoming divorce trial, in which Jay admitted that some scenes from the reality show were "faked, edited or staged", including their televised marriage proposal, and that Kim cried on camera with the aid of a "tear stick".

A source close to the reality TV star told the New York Post's Page Six: "This is normal operating procedure on any reality show. None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove. His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet."

Kris and Kim have been fighting about how to legally end their 72-day marriage since October 2011.

'Trying to make her miserable'

The Brooklyn Nets Player wants the marriage to be annulled on the basis of fraud because he believes she only married him to boost the ratings of her E! series.

Kim insists she married him for love but it didn't work out and wants a divorce.

The brunette beauty is convinced Kris is just trying to make her "miserable" and doesn't want her money.

"He's just trying to make her miserable," the insider told the newspaper.

The 28-year-old basketball star was previously said to have turned down a $7m settlement.

The couple are set to go on trial on 6 May in Los Angeles and will both give sworn depositions beforehand.

Kris' attorney Marshall Waller recently applied to be taken off the sportsman's legal team after he advised there was no legal grounds or evidence to support his claims of fraud.
