Kris Jenner investigated after prank call

Los Angeles - Kris Jenner was investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services thanks to a hoax caller.

The Kardashian matriarch was subject to a visit to her home in Calabasas after someone alleged her daughters Kylie, 15, and Kendall, 16, were in danger - including one call where they claimed Kendall was about to commit suicide by jumping off the Hollywood sign.

Kris told TMZ: "What was so shocking to me and so wrong was when they did tell me what the accusations were.

"One of them was I had beaten Kylie with a belt on a specific date and on that date she was actually in the Philippines, so somebody obviously hadn't done their homework.

"The next accusation, which was hard for them to even say out loud because I think they felt embarrassed, was that this person was sure Kendall was going to jump off the Hollywood sign."

Nothing to see here

However, officers investigating found that nothing untoward was happening, and are now looking for the person who made the calls.

She added: "They showed up at the door and said they were here to investigate a call, they had gotten an anonymous call, I'm calling it a prank call. Kendall and Kylie were in trouble were the words they used.

"After they had spent a couple of minutes in the house they weren't really that stern with their demeanour or their behaviour.

"They were kind of accepting the situation, they wanted to take a little tour, see what was going on, and see who was home."
