Lindsay Lohan leaves rehab

Los Angeles - Lindsay Lohan has left the Betty Ford Centre after a 90-day rehab stay.

The 24-year-old star has moved out of sober living quarters at the clinic's grounds in Rancho Mirage, California, and into a Los Angeles hotel while she waits to relocate to her new home - which is situated opposite her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson's property.

Removal vans were seen leaving the actress' West Hollywood apartment and heading to a new four-bedroom house in Venice, and Samantha - who had a volatile on and off relationship with the Mean Girls star from September 2008 - is not believed to be happy about her new neighbour.

According to X17 Online, the DJ said: "Trust me, it wasn't planned. I'm way p***ed off right now."

A source added to "Samantha walked out of the building next door. She was shaking her head and looking disgusted. She kept saying, 'I didn't plan it this way.' "

As well as four bedrooms, Lindsay's new home has three-and-a-half bathrooms, a large open patio and two car parking spaces.

Despite being cleared to leave her court-ordered rehabilitation stay - which she was sentenced to for breaching the conditions of her probation relating to a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence - Lindsay will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing with a psychiatrist until a court hearing on February 24.

The troubled star took to her twitter page on New Year's Day to reveal her ambition to start 2011 on a positive note.

She wrote: "Today is the first day of the rest of my life. 'The future depends on what we do in the present.' - Mahatma Gandhi ... One step at a time. (sic)"

ANd then returns and then leaves and then returns. They've fitted revolving doors especially for her.

This happened a couple of hours ago - so what is the odd on this little whore is still being sober or drug free by midnight. Pathetic little individual and only in America do these pathetic individuals enjoy star status.

Well said, Dan! It's beyond me why we should have this rubbish stuffed down our throats - if she wants to throw away her life, why should the world be worried about her? Live and let live - good riddance!

To all those negative comments here: You are such little angles, shame man. Calling other people names, ripping off their success, hoping for their failure etc, etc, etc……. Hopefully you will not get addicted one day, oh sorry I forgot …..You are immune against those diseases. Watch out for around age 36 and 60 because that is when most people become alcoholics. By the way alcoholism is a disease characterizes by relapse the same as arthritis and diabetes or other diseases like that. A relapse is NOT A FAILURE; a relapse is an indicator that something about the treatment needs to be added too. Think about that for the day when you relapse. Lindsay …… go girl!
