Prince Harry dons William disguise

Los Angeles - Britain's Prince Harry donned a Prince William mask for a charity fun run on Saturday.

The fun-loving royal joined families, athletes and supermodel Lily Cole in running the Sport Relief mile in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and unexpectedly donned the paper face-cover midway through the event.

Harry was given the mask by fellow runner Hettie Allison, who was part of a group of three who donned royal disguise for the run, and an aide said the prince thought it would give his elder brother "a laugh".

He was joined for part of his sprint by 17-year-old blind 200m runner and long-jump athlete Alice de Oliveura Correio, who joked:

"To run with 'William' was fantastic, very cool."

'Got the moves'

Harry completed the mile in eight minutes and 32 seconds.

Following the run, Harry - who is vice-patron of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and a qualified touch rugby coach - joined several Aviva Premiership coaches for a session with local children.

At one point, the prince scooped up two children and ran down the beach with them.

The prince - wearing a shirt in Brazil's green and yellow colours with his name on the back - was then treated to a beach volleyball coaching session, and his technique was praised by the players.

Two-time Olympic medallist Adriana Behar said: "We're showing him how to do spikes and some other techniques, but he looks like he's already got the moves."
