Taxi Violence frontman reveals why he went full frontal for #MCNaked

Cape Town – Local rock band Taxi Violence were amongst the many local celebrities who bared it all for Marie Claire in support of the Blow the Whistle campaign.

The aim is to create awareness of violence again women and children in South Africa.

As with every naked issue, Marie Claire was sure to include revealing pictures, which this year included that of Taxi Violence’s frontman George van der Spuy.

In any environment the bare bodies would spark conversation; however George’s full frontal nude shot was the most talked about.

In an aim to explain why he decided to strip completely and expose himself, George then posted a statement on Facebook explaining and defending his decision to confidently go full frontal.
