Cape Town - Ian Somerhalder is in South Africa.
The Vampire Diaries star tweeted this morning: "Beautiful morning in Johannesburg. Back in Africa- so very happy to be back;)"
He also tweeted that he had just finished his post production duties on the final episode of season 2 of the show.
Somerhalder plays vampire Damon Salvatore on the series which is currently airing on vuzu.tv (DStv channel 123) on Mondays at 20:30.
