Cape Town – Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz are keen on expanding their family, but not just yet.
In a rare joint interview with Gayle King on CBS This Morning on Thursday the power couple revealed they would love to give their two sons a sister but “not right now.”
Gayle informed Alicia that she asked Swizz if he wants a daughter and he said yes, Gayle followed up with, “What does mommy Alicia say?”
Alicia answered saying it’s up to the universe but that she’s not quite ready.
“It would be a blessing. It would be wonderful. But you gotta talk to the universe,” Alicia said, pointing up. “Universe, I'm not ready right now, universe, hear me loud and clear.”
