Amanda Bynes is doing 'remarkably well' after relapse says family lawyer

Cape Town – Amanda Bynes is doing well after checking into a rehab facility following a relapse upon her return to the spotlight.

The She's The Man actress sought professional help from addiction counselors for drug addiction and mental health issues after feeling the pressure of returning to the public eye, TMZ reported at the time.

Sharing an update on Amanda's well-being, family lawyer Tamar Arminak told Access that Amanda is "doing remarkably well, under the circumstances".

Tamar went on to share that after announcing her comeback in a lengthy interview with Paper magazine, Amanda "really wasn't feeling like herself all of the sudden, and she wanted to address it right away before going back into showbusiness and exploring showbusiness again."

Tamar also gave some insight about Amanda's day-to-day life right now, saying: "Her day-to-day life right now is really just focusing on her well-being… She's exercising yoga, she's really focusing on herself which is very, very important before she goes back into the acting and show business world."
