Cape Town - Amber Heard has accused her ex-husband Johnny Depp of perjuring himself in the latest round of their R722m defamation battle.
In May the Pirates of the Caribbean actor submitted a lengthy declaration to a Virginia courthouse in support for his defamation lawsuit against the Aquaman actress.

Cape Town - The dispute between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp continues to escalate more than two years after their separation. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has now submitted a lengthy declaration to a Virginia courthouse in support for his defamation lawsuit against the Aquaman actress, USA Today reports.
Amber has now hit back against Johnny's declaration claiming that he lied about the fight for which the police were called.
According to the Sun, Amber says that Johnny perjured himself when he said there was only one call "reporting his abuse."
She produced records showing that the police were contacted twice at 20:30 and 22:09.
However, Johnny's lawyers have CCTV footage of him leaving the house at 20:30.
