Cape Town – A new photo of engaged couple, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin at a courthouse have people thinking they’re already married.
The photo, obtained by TMZ, show the couple entering to the courthouse where marriage licenses are issued.
According to eye witnesses Justin, 24, appeared to be emotional and said to Hailey, 21, at one point, “I can't wait to marry you, baby,” while inside the Marriage Bureau in New York City.

This comes after Hailey revealed that she has become more choosey about work in order to spend more time with Justin and family.

Recent reports said the couple are planning their wedding for next year, but perhaps they have made it official in court before celebrating with an OTT ceremony.
