Ariana Grande says Thank U for the 'most special experience' of her life – meeting Jim Carrey

Cape Town – We've all got heroes, idols, people it'd be a dream come true to meet. For Ariana Grande, that's Jim Carey. 

The Thank U Next singer is such a big fan of the actor she even got a tattoo of a quote from her favourite Jim Carrey movie, The Truman Show. Making a guest appearance in the second season of another one of his projects, Showtime's Kidding, Ariana recently got the chance to work with the actor herself, reports PEOPLE, in what she described as the "most special experience" of her life. 

Ariana shared a picture of the two hugging with the sweetest caption, "Thankful for the most special experience of my life. Nothing is crazier than getting to work with and spend time with someone whom you've idolised and adored since before you could speak. Actually, what's even crazier is discovering that person to be more special and warm and generous in person than you ever could've imagined. 

"This was a DREAM of an experience."
