For someone who portrays one of the most iconic gods in the Marvel universe and who has won numerous awards for his performance thereof, Chris’ biggest achievement in life just proves the love he has for his family.
The 35-year-old – who has three children with wife, Elsa Pataky – took part in a ‘dads race’ at his daughter’s school and unexpectedly felt the need to win, which he did.
“There was just this wave of nirvana. I turn around, and I go, ‘Where's my daughter? Where is she?’ And she's like, ‘Dad, did you win?’ And I'm like, ‘Did I win? You didn't see it?!’ They gave me a sticker. A first-place sticker.”
And according to Elsa, “It was probably one of the best things that has happened to him in his life, which is funny, right? All the things he has achieved.”

A move from Hollywood to his home country Australia in 2014 was the best thing he ever did for his family, Chris tells GQ’s Lauren Larson.
Speaking about how he balances life between being a famous actor, sharing things on social media and his family life, Chris says: “The social-media side of it is just trying to work out: How do you keep up with the times?”
And while the actor shares sweet moments with his family from time to time, he and wife Elsa take precaution to never share their children’s faces.
“The exploitation is something I'm very wary of… We've been offered things, like ‘Advertise such-and-such and have dinner with your family.’ There's no way.”
