Cape Town - After Rob Kardashian laid charges against his baby-mama and ex-fiancée Blac Chyna in 2016 for trying to choke him with a phone-charging cord and beating him up, Blac has come out of it with scot-free.

According to Radar Online, Rob reported that the mom-of-two was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when she attacked him and that she also destroyed the house he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner, amounting to $100k (R1.1m) in damages.

Although Kylie’s lawyer Shawn Holley says she got her [Kylie] out of the messy lawsuit, Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom told Radar a different story.

“We have maintained from the beginning that Kylie Jenner’s case against my client Blac Chyna was meritless. We are pleased that after six months of litigation we were able to force Ms. Jenner to dismiss her case,” she said.

The two [Rob and Blac] - who are parents to 1-year-old daughter Dream - seem to be on speaking terms though as Blac wished Rob a happy birthday via her Instagram Story last week.
