Blac Chyna’s lawyers rally behind her after alleged sex tape leaks

Cape Town – An alleged sex tape which appears to include Blac Chyna and an unknown man leaked on Twitter on Monday.

According to TMZ the alleged one-minute and 23 second video shows Chyna performing oral sex on a mystery man whose face is never shown but his voice can be heard.

Following the leak one of Chyna’s attorneys, Walter Mosely told TMZ he cannot comment on the video but said that it was a “criminal matter” and is being investigated.

He later shared a photo of himself and his client on Instagram with a lengthy caption condemning the leaker’s acts.

“Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not. Men ... we have to do better. (sic)”

Chyna’s other attorney, Lisa Bloom – who represented the 29-year-old in court when she got a restraining order against ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian - spoke to E! News, slamming the act.

“Revenge porn posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images—is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It's also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual.”

She later tweeted the same explanation adding that “women kill themselves over revenge porn.”

Lisa also replied to one Twitter user who claimed Chyna should not be represented as she knew the man was recording.

Lisa responded: “Whether a woman knows she's being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is.”
