Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to go head-to-head in custody trial in December

Cape Town – Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will spend the start of the holiday season in court.

The former couple’s custody trial is set to begin on 4 December and can take up to two to three weeks, TMZ reports.

This after Brad and Angie filed court documents asking a Superiour Court judge to give them until June 2019 to reach a settlement with the help of a private judge.

The former couple reached a temporary agreement in August after Brad responded to Angie’s petition asking for physical custody of their six children. Brad is requesting joint legal and physical custody.

According to Daily Mail, the judge will make a decision on Brad and Angie’s shared property in addition to a custody agreement as they did not sign a prenup before they wed in August 2014.

Angie filed for divorce from Brad in September 2016.
