Cape Town - As if we needed more proof that sunscreen is non-negotiable!
Caitlyn Jenner took to Instagram to share a rather unflattering snap of her nose, after seeking medical help for her sun-damaged skin.
"I recently had to get some sun damage removed from my nose. PSA - always wear your sunblock!" the former Olympian (68) captioned the post.
The normally impeccably groomed TV star is make-up free in the candid photo, wearing a plain white dressing gown as she sits on her bed with her pup Bertha in the background.
Her candid picture garnered more than 150 000 likes and a flood of comments.

This comes after paparazzi pics of Caitlyn in Malibu with the big scab on her nose emerged, Daily Mail reports.
Cait was reportedly out and about with pal and rumoured lover Sofia Hutchins.
Although unconfirmed by the former Olympic athlete, Better Health reported the damage she had removed from her nose was cancerous.
According to the site, Caitlyn had a "cancerous basal mobile carcinoma" removed from the tip of her nostril to stop the cancer "from spreading".
Caitlyn is not the only star who’s issued a warning like this to fans.
Hugh Jackman has gone under the knife no less than six times to have cancer removed from his face, BBC reports.
"Another basal cell carcinoma," the Wolverine star captioned a post last year. “Thanks to frequent body checks and amazing doctors, all is well. Looks worse with the dressing on than off. I swear! #wearsunscreen"
