Cape Town – Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have big news: The couple secretly welcomed a baby girl!
On Instagram, the 47-year-old wrote, "Happy New Year from the Maddens! We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin the new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden."
The Bad Teacher star also added that she and the Good Charlotte artist felt a "strong instinct" to protect their daughter's privacy, which is why they chose to keep the news of their first child secret, and they will therefore not share anything more about their baby girl.
"We won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute! Some would even say RAD," Cameron gushed, with a smiley face.

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden started dating in 2014 before tying the knot in 2015. Though they've kept their relationship private as well, the actress did recently open up in InStyle about her husband.
"Getting married to him was the best thing that ever happened to me," she said.
"My husband’s the best. He’s the greatest human being, and he’s my great partner," she added, though we suspect she may now have a new "best thing" and best friend – another great partner in crime.
