Cape Town – Cardi B has vanished from social media following another nasty fight with fellow rapper, Azelia Banks.
According to Buzzfeed, the two have had bad blood between them since September 2017 when Azealia called Cardi B the “poor man’s Nicki Minaj”.
Back then Cardi shut the feud down by responding with a video of Azealia dancing to Bodak Yellow and a caption that said: “One of the reasons Bodak Yellow went #1 cuz even the HATERS LOVE IT!!”
Fast forward to an interview Azealia did with The Breakfast Club on Friday and it seems as though things are still heated between them.
During the interview, Azealia discussed the current state of female rap, saying: “There was just this really, really, really intelligent conversation going on nationally and then everything just kind of changed, and then it was, like, Cardi B.”
Referring to how, in her opinion, the standard of rap has lowered, Azealia added: “If my spelling and grammar was that bad, I’d be cancelled... I just don't understand the extreme lack of couth. I've never seen that at the forefront of rap. I didn't know that the standards...the bar...would be lowered so much.”
The 26-year-old further called Cardi B offensive names E! News reported.

According to Billboard, before removing herself from Instagram and allowing only her current followers to see her tweets, Cardi B responded, saying: “I'm from the hood. I speak how I speak I am how I am. I did not choose to be famous people choose me! People followed me on Instagram and the people gave me a platform to introduce my talent.”
She added: “I never asked to be a example or a role model I don't want to change my ways because I'm famous that's why I just mind my business (sic).”
