Chloë Grace Moretz's alleged stalker is facing new charges for trespassing

Cape Town – After Justin Alexander Behr was arrested twice in 24 hours for allegedly breaking into Chloë Grace Moretz’s family home, the Greta actress was given a temporary protective order against him.

Behr allegedly jumped the front gate and knocked the door in in the hope of meeting the actress in June, and after being released from police custody, he immediately attempted breaking in a second time – just 3 hours later, according to TMZ.

The 18-year-old avoided being charged with felony stalking – law enforcement told TMZ they didn’t think the threat rose to that level – and he was instead charged with four-counts of misdemeanor trespassing.

Moretz's family is in the process of obtaining a restraining order to protect the 22-year-old actress in the meantime.
