Johannesburg -Chris Brown and the mother of his daughter Nia Guzman are back in court for child support for four-year-old Royalty.

Nia is demanding that Chris increases child support for their daughter.

According to The Blast, Nia has hired attorney Lisa Bloom and has filed documents in California to adjust the child support she receives from the Loyal singer, for their daughter. The 29-year-old singer currently pays  $2500 (R37 thousand) per month in support and $4,000 (R59 thousand) to Nia’s mother who is also Royalty’s nanny. Chris also gets supervised visits.

Nia is now demanding $21,000 (R312 045,93) a month to look after their daughter, Royalty.

Radar Online reported that Nia had obtained documents that show that the ‘Please don’t judge me’ singer earned an average of $4,269,067 (R63 million) over the last two years, which can be calculated to being $350,000 (R5 million) per month.

Royalty’s mother explained that she is flooded with monthly expenses which include $3,300 (R49k) in rent, $3,500 (R52 thousand) in food and $4,500 (R66 thousand) in clothes and entertainment for the four-year-old.  Nia says that she only makes around $400 (R5 950,61) per month from an online clothing store inspired by Royalty. She claims that she can’t afford to do anything entertaining like taking her daughter to theme parks because of her tight budget.

Chris Brown believes that he pays enough for his four year old daughter and if he pays more, he’d be spoiling her too much. Chris has filed to fight Nia against the adjustment of child support and also claims that this is the third time his baby mama is asking for increment of child support.

Chris also claims that Nia’s monthly expenses are paid by other people and that she is using their daughter to get more money.

Chris already pays for private school $6,000 (R89 thousand)  a month, medical expenses, and a nanny.  He also pays $1,770.98 (R26 thousand) a month in vacations and travel, $1,516.59 (R22 thousand) for gifts and entertainment, and another $419 (R6 235) for extracurricular activities.

This isn’t the first time the parents of Royalty have been in court for child support and custody, in 2015 TMZ reported that Chris wanted 50/50 custody of Royalty and Nia wanted $15 000 (R223 122,90) of child support.

While the case is still ongoing, Chris Brown says he is willing to pay up $9,813 (R145 thousand)  a month in support and not the $21,000(R312 thousand) a month that Nia is demanding.
