Cape Town – Cuba Gooding Jr has filed for divorce from his wife, Sara Kapfer after 22 years of marriage.
E! News confirmed The People v OJ Simpson actor has decided to call it quits following Sara’s filing for legal separation back in 2014, while TMZ obtained the divorce papers.
According to the gossip website, Cuba is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 10-year-old daughter.
The court documents also show that the 49-year-old is requesting that all his earnings made after the date Sara filed for separation in August 2014 remain in his name alone.
The couple tied the knot in 1994.
