Cape Town – Demi Lovato’s Hollywood Hills home, where she allegedly overdosed in July, is reportedly for sale.
A source confirmed to E! News that the Sober hitmaker has decided to “sell her old place” in order to move forward and have a fresh start.
Another insider told People magazine: “Her house is up for sale. She’s getting healthy and putting the past behind her.”
The 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home has been listed on Zillow and is priced at $9.5m (R148m). According to the description the home “towers above unobstructed views from Downtown to the Pacific Ocean on over an acre of land.”
Appliances included in the sale are the dishwasher, freezer, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator.

The listing comes after it was reported that Demi’s alleged drug dealer will not be investigated after he confessed to supplying the 26-year-old with the pills that she overdosed on.
